It's hard to believe that we are already up to Parshas Noach.
I saw an idea on meaningfullife.com that really spoke to me about Hashem and our relationship to Him.
In Bereishis we see that Hashem created shamayim and aretz (heaven/spiritual world and earth/physical world). That means that Hashem can be found in both the spiritual and physical world, but is not confined or defined by either of them.
This shows us clearly that in order to emulate Hashem, we must make use of, and create, our own physical and spiritual worlds to be in harmony with each other. Use both worlds in fusion to be G-dly.
"It is possible to spiritualize everything in life, including your own body," Rabbi Jacobson writes on his website. Meaning, we can literally create a heaven and earth that will shine with
G-dliness.
